Josh and I joined some friends to watch the Lynchburg Hillcats take on the Winston-Salem Warthogs.
Unfortunately, the local weather wasn't on our side!
It was raining as early as the first pitch!But as you can see, it was an Umbrella Give-away sponsored by Tyco.
I was hoping it was the Cap Giveaway (June 20) and we though it was Fireworks Night (June 27) but the umbrellas were much more practical under the circumstances.
Bottom of the 4th ... still raining!
Finally by the 7th inning stretch, the rain was gone! Here's a pick of Josh up way past his bedtime.
