A Trip to Peaks of Otter

July 2008.

Today's visit by Greens included a trip to the Peaks of Otter,
part of the Blue Ridge Parkway.

While we packed a picnic lunch, Josh and Christy shared some jokes with Ryan.

As we drove along the Blue Ridge Parkway,
we were surprised to see deer walking right along the shoulder.

We stopped at the picnic area for lunch.
